Blessed are those who know they are blessed when they are blessed! Too many people fail to notice the smaller miracles that occur each day, from the flowering of a plant outside their window to the lovely pattern the clouds make in the sky. So focused are they on the big miracles, the obvious and undeniable events and signs, that they ignore the more simple and subtle signs of God's love and mercy that appear along the way. Blessed are those who stop and smell the roses and who take the time to notice the roses in the first place. Blessed are those who see the beauty in everything.
